Refund Policy

Dell Secure Pvt Ltd does not accept refunds once a Protection Plan has been purchased. However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The Protection Plan purchased is rejected due to pre-existing damages.
  • The Protection Plan purchased is rejected during verification.

If either condition is met, a refund will be processed within 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment account/card in 10-15 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Dell Secure Pvt Limited reserves the right to cancel any Protection Plan in case of misrepresentation of material facts.

If a cancellation request is made within 15 days from the date of payment, 75% of the premium will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • In case of a claim, device pickup and delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected delays

Return Policy

Warranty on Repairs: For all the repair we offer warranty for 6 months.

Return or Refund on Parts: If parts were replaced as part of the repair and are found to be defective within a certain time frame, the service provider might offer a refund. However, if the part was not faulty and the customer simply changes their mind, returns might not be allowed.

Non-Refundable Service Charges: Service charges for labor are often non-refundable, even if the customer is unhappy with the repair result, unless the shop is at fault for not properly fixing the issue.

Issues Covered by Return/Repair: If a repair didn't fix the issue or caused additional problems (like damaging another part), you might be entitled to a free fix or compensation depending on the protection plan.

In case of any return we will have on spot checks while delivery and if the issue persist later you can raise a return request in 2 working days.
